TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The client accepts the following points when requesting our products:

AVAILABILITY. All our products are subject to availability, due to the stock of our suppliers and because we work with a natural product that changes with each season, as well as papers, vases, and planters that will be used according to the material in stock. Therefore, designs may vary with respect to the photographs. In the event that the arrangement you request includes flowers or foliage that are not available at the time of preparation, they will be replaced by similar ones that complement the design, maintaining the same quality, style, and price.

SHIPPING INFORMATION. It is necessary for the client to provide us with the following complete information: message for the card, recipient's name and cell phone number, sender's name and cell phone number, complete address, and any reference data. For offices, banks, government agencies, schools, among others, please indicate the zone or area where the recipient will be located. For urbanizations that require an access code, please provide it. We guarantee the total privacy of the information shared.

Any situation not covered by these policies will be resolved by our team, ensuring compliance with our agreements and the understanding by both parties that external agents may influence our objectives. Thank you very much for your trust and preference.

HOME DELIVERIES

They only apply within time slots (11:00 AM-12:00 PM / 2:00 PM-5:00 PM), not exact hours, due to heavy traffic during these times. The delivery person can wait a maximum of 10 minutes at the address provided. An arrival notice will be left at the address if the recipient is not found, and the arrangement will be returned to the store to schedule a 2nd delivery or to be collected by the person indicated by the customer.

PAYMENT INFORMATION & ORDER POLICY

To ensure an efficient and fair purchase process, we ask that you carefully read our payment policies:

  • Coordination and Delivery of Payment Details: Once all order details (design, customization, etc.) have been coordinated and confirmed with you, we will provide you with the necessary information to complete the payment.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept full payments in cash or via Zelle.
  • Full Payments Required: Your order will not be scheduled for production, shipping, or delivery until we have received full payment for the total order amount.
  • Order Scheduling: Once payment has been received and the order has been scheduled, no refunds or cancellations can be made under any circumstances. This policy applies without exception due to the nature of our work/production process.
